We have heard so much in the news about the coronavirus and its effects on people with underline health conditions. Now that we can’t be up and about as usual, I want to encourage you to take this time to think about making those healthy lifestyle changes that will help to alleviate or significantly improve your health. There is a path that leads to chronic disease and a path that leads to good health and I want to encourage you to take the time to make those changes that can significantly improve your health. I want to encourage you to start now, today, to make an active plan to invest in your well-being.
I highly recommend clean eating and a consistent exercise regimen. Clean eating is a lifestyle approach to decreasing the cravings which will help you to lose the weight and keep it off, not mention that you are doing something good for your cells. We have over 100 trillion cells in our body and how you treat those cells will have a significant impact on your health. Either negatively or positively. Clean eating consists of a diet of unprocessed foods, nuts, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, lean meats, limited dairy products, and healthy oils. Avoid foods with chemicals, preservatives, sugar, salt and saturated fats.
If you don’t know what clean eating is, I invite you to download my E-Book, cooking with Annie: Your journey into a new life. This book will teach you how to turn traditionally unhealthy food preparations into something that is healthy and nourishing for your body. If you need whole food nutritional supplements to bridge the gap between what you are doing and where you need to be, check out Juice Plus under resources on my website. My family and I have been taking Juice Plus for years and when we take it we know that we’re doing something good for our cells.
I encourage you to take the leap into a journey of laying the foundation for good health so that underline causes are resolved or significantly improved.
