These Feet Were Made for Walking



Hi! I just want to take a few minutes to encourage you to remember your exercise regimen during this time of pandemic. I just want to encourage you to create in home routines that can help you stay focused on your health and wellness journey during this holiday season. Don’t discount walking outside even though it might be a little chilly.


I was driving pass the arboretum in my town going somewhere else and did a quick detour and found myself driving into its parking lot! I have to say, I had a ball walking and taking in the beautiful colors of fall.






So, don’t be afraid of a little cold. Bundle up, throw on a hat, double pant it, and you’re good to go! It's so nice to get out and about when you can maintain your social distance and get in some refreshing exercise. If your local arboretum is open, why not check them out? Especially if you’re able to maintain your social distance.


Just want to encourage you to be strong, be mindful and always give God the praise! The beauty of nature points to His awesomeness!
