There are two ways you can look at self-image: one is in a positive light, the other is in a negative. If you choose to look at yourself in a positive light this is what you’ll say: I like myself, I like what I look like, I’m worthy to receive good things, and I can accomplish whatever I set out to do. If you choose to look at yourself in a negative light this is what you will say: I don’t like myself, I don’t like what I see, I’m afraid all the time of everything, I’m not worthy of having good things or good things happening to me. So, if you’re on that negative side, your goal should be to get to the positive side, and the way to do that is to find out the cause, the what, the how and when you became that way and face each to become a better you.
