Ever felt like you were falling behind in your weight loss goals? Like you were totally out of focus and you didn’t quite know how to get back on track? Kind of not happy with yourself because you let some good habits just slip away and now you are kind of back to square one?
I was recently talking to someone and I felt her pain. Been there and done that! I saw how this person was feeling and I simply said to her: “You know what to do. Just make every day count in terms of reaching your goals and make sure your actions support your goals.” I know….I know. Easily said but hard to do. Well, no, not really. It comes with a made up mind and a commitment to the process. If the above scenario sounds familiar, here are a few tips to motivate you to make every day count.
Get reacquainted with your vision. Pull it out, dust it off and read it out aloud until you begin to dream again and can see the thinner you, the healthier you.
Hit the gym. Go for a brisk 30 minute walk. Commit yourself to your exercise regimen again.
Plan your meals so you don’t have to eat fast food because of lack of planning.
Last, and as the saying goes, but not least, do what you know is right. Not what you want to do. This is so important in making every day count.
